ABOUT WAYFINDER THERAPY COLLECTIVE

A Practice Built Around Steady, Collaborative Guidance

We started Wayfinder because people deserve more than a formula. Here’s what shapes how we work.

Founder & Lead Therapist

Meet Owin Henry

Owin Henry founded Wayfinder Therapy Collective to offer a style of therapy that feels collaborative rather than clinical, grounded in evidence-based methods, but shaped session by session around the person in front of them.

With a practice built on steady presence and practical tools, [he/she/they] works with individuals, couples, and students navigating anxiety, relationship stress, life transitions, and the everyday weight of moving through change.

The Philosophy Behind the Practice

Every Path Looks Different. Yours should too.

Wayfinder exists on a simple idea: therapy works best when it’s shaped around the person in the room, not the other way around. We don’t believe in a single method that fits everyone.

Instead, we start by listening, closely, and without rushing to conclusions. From there, we build an approach that reflects your history, your goals, and the pace that actually works for you.

The name Wayfinder isn’t a metaphor we picked for branding. It’s how we think about the work: helping you read the terrain you’re in, and find a way through it that’s genuinely yours.
